Committee: Transportation & Storage
Do you like to drive? Can you drive a truck? Do you want
to have a lot of free time during the event? If you answered yes, then you
should focus your energy here.
The goal of this Committee is to get our equipment, supplies and "stuff" out of storage and to the playa. Then when the event is over, get our "stuff" back to storage. We need to have a plan in place so that we can touch items as few times as possible and get it back to where it belongs fast with minimal burn out. During the event, we will need 2 "water runs" to refill our water tanks. Pre-playa planning is key so that this group can help direct the rest of the camp so we can all go quickly. We need 2 people to work together to make this all happen. You must be available beginning Friday morning before the event through Tuesday after the event.
